Talk about the projectHow much does the insulation of a square metre cost?
The IsoThermLux calculator uses an indicative price of 300 MDL/m². The estimate is the area in square metres multiplied by 300. The final price depends on the type of work, thickness, substrate and access and is confirmed by a personalised offer.

For 100 m², the indicative calculation is 100 × 300 MDL = 30,000 MDL. This amount is an estimate, not a contractual offer. The type of insulation and the working conditions are agreed with the team.
Calculate your surfaceWhat is the difference between open-cell and closed-cell foam?
The two types of foam have different densities, moisture behaviours and uses. The choice depends on the substrate, location and objective of the work. The team recommends the system and thickness after evaluation; thermal insulation does not automatically replace a hydroisolation system.

The duration shall be determined after the surface, the preparation of the substrate, access and the conditions of application. The site has guarantees up to 25 years; the duration and coverage applicable to your project must be confirmed in the offer and contract of work.
