The isothermlux.md website presents IsoThermLux brand services for thermal insulation, waterproofing and sound insulation in the Republic of Moldova.

The legal name of the operator, IDNO, full registered address and official representative: REQUIRES OWNER DATA / LEGAL REVIEW before commercial use of these terms.

The site is used for presentation and collecting quote requests. Sending a form does not automatically create a contract and does not oblige the user to buy a service.

A firm offer is sent only after clarifying the surface area, substrate, site access, thickness, material and execution conditions.

Prices, the calculator and examples on the site are indicative. The final cost may differ depending on the type of work, surface area, substrate preparation, thickness, transport and application conditions.

Information about benefits, energy savings and comfort is general. Results depend on the condition of the building, thermal bridges, ventilation, windows/doors and use of the space.

Work scheduling is confirmed directly with the IsoThermLux team. The client must provide access to the space, correct information about the substrate and reasonable application conditions.

The applicable warranty, duration, coverage and exclusions are confirmed in the offer or work contract. Site references to warranties of up to 25 years do not replace the written terms of the specific project.

The cancellation, refund, advance payment and penalty procedure: REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW and completion according to the operator's real policy.

The user must not send false data, abusive messages, malicious code, spam attempts or automated requests that may affect the operation of the site or CRM.

The site content, images, texts, structure and presentation materials belong to IsoThermLux or its providers/licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written consent.

The site is provided in good faith, but drafting errors, delayed updates or differences between general information and the actual conditions of a project may exist.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for services is determined by the accepted offer, contract, execution documents and applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Forms collect the data needed to respond to the request, while analytics, marketing, maps and external videos are controlled through cookie consent.
